Deli
The Italian Gourmet in Vienna, VA is a gourmet food shop and deli.
We carry a unique selection of olive oils and vinegars, wines, pastas and sauces, and loose leaf teas and whole bean coffees. In our refrigerator, you will find fresh pasta and fresh mozzarella, as well as a wide variety of cheeses and salamis. We also prepare single serving entrees, such as spaghetti with meatballs and chicken fetucine alfredo, and package them in microwavable containers for you to take home and enjoy. In our freezer, you will find raviolis, lasagnas, pastas, tiramisu and our delicious sauces made at The Italian Gourmet, including vodka, lobster, gorgonzola walnut and, of course, marinara and alfredo.
Our sandwiches are local favorites, and we make them with only the best Boar's Head meats and cheeses. We prepare them on classic Italian sub rolls delivered fresh daily, garnish them with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet or hot peppers, and dress them with our special Italian dressing made with olive oil and red wine vinegar. In addition to our cold cut sandwiches, we also have chicken, tuna and shrimp salad, and hot sandwiches including meatball, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, and sausage and peppers.
In our deli case, we have Boar's Head meats and cheeses, as well as other gourmet meats and salamis, sliced to order. We sell hot and sweet Italian sausage by the pound. Our freshly made pasta, chicken, tuna and shrimp salads, antipasto salad, homemade meatballs and specialties, like prosciutto stuffed peppers and marinated artichokes, are also available.

All our catered meals are prepared fresh to order. Please allow time for cooking.

Delivery
At the Italian Gourmet, we are dedicated to providing fresh, beautifully presented and punctual catering for all events. From gourmet sandwiches for six to cocktail receptions for 600, we are here to meet all of your catering needs.
Please allow at least 24 hours notice when placing orders. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute orders. Day of cancellations will be charged 50%.
The Italian Gourmet delivers to Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun counties, Manassas, Washington DC, and parts of Montgomery county. Deliver fees vary based on location.
Catering orders are presented on disposable black serving platters and aluminum pans. Paper products are available at no additional charge. Disposable warming chafers are also available for $15 each.
The Italian Gourment can also provide pewter serving platters, chafers, silver serve ware and table cloths. With 10 days' notice, glassware, silverware, tables and chairs, decor and additional linens can be provided. Wait staff and servers are also available at a per hour rate.
